Officials Codes of Practice – Labelling of Workplace Substances Codes of Practice

This code of practice has been published by the WorkCover Authority of New South Wales. The code provides advice to employers, self-employed persons, suppliers and employees on meeting the labelling requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety (Hazardous Substances) Regulation 1996. The code is part of a regulatory package designed to deal with the safe use of hazardous substances in the workplace so as to minimise the risk of disease and injury due to the exposure of hazardous substances in the workplace.
